a. The world bank is a huge global bank and it's linked to the United Nations. The world bank helps poorer countries
2. Why is it important to collect data from 73 countries
a. It is important because you can't interview everyone in the whole world and you need to select some countries so we can see the disparity

a. Poverty is when you lack your basic needs and all your dreams are taken away.
4. What is the difference between poverty and extreme poverty
a. Extreme poverty is when you live without your basic needs and survive without them.

a. It means you can't escape poverty and your in poverty for 3 generations
6. How does the world bank define poverty
a. It means you don't meet your basic needs

a. 1.5 billion

a. In 1981 there were 1.9 billion people in the world living below the poverty line now there are 1.5 billion people

a. Yes in Malaysia we were eating food from the stalls and alot of people went to our table and begged for money. this happened about four times and when we were done we were shocked to see that many people living in poverty.
